Qualifications for International Property Agents :

• College graduate or equivalent (ambitious fresh graduates welcome);


• Computer-literate;


• Broad client base and network;


• English-speaking (third language a plus);


• Ambition to climb up the corporate ladder;


• Ability to work under minimum supervision;


• Experience in property or investment sales is a major advantage;


• Might have to work on the weekends, public holidays & after office hours,


• with prior notice.

Job Descriptions for International Investment & Property Agents :

• Marketing and selling primary properties;


• Following up with the buyers;


• Making sure goals and targets are reached;


• Supporting the preparations and executions of events;


• Updating and staying in touch with existing buyers and client base;


• Adding up new client base;


• Assisting the support staff on the client-based document needs;


• Helping to make sure display gallery is always presentable.
